An Invitation to Next Church

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

I would like to invite you to a day of worship, fellowship, and informative activities about NEXT Church, a Presbyterian witness to the Church that is and is to come.  On Monday, November 12^th, we will gather at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Dubuque, IA.  The day will include an opening worship, several presentations, lunch, and opportunities for group discussions.  I hope that you will prayerfully consider attending and adding your voice to the discussion of the current state and nature of the church, and where and how it may be headed. 

One reason for this regional gathering is to offer an informative session for those that may not be familiar with this concept.  My goal is to offer an introduction to a meaningful initiative of Presbyterians that focuses on relationships by rebuilding connections between congregations as well as forging new ones.  Another reason for this gathering is an opportunity to share with people that have attended either or both national conferences in Indianapolis and Dallas, and look forward to Charlotte, NC in March.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at dubuqueregional2012@gmail.com.  Also, look for us on Facebook.
