In My Kitchen

By: Joe Medearis
Ok, so this week I finished all of my finals. I did not have the chance to perform my duties as "Film Reviewer for the Masses." Instead of a review, I am going to share one of my favorite tools that I use in Cooking. In case you didn't know, Cooking is one of my passions.

Any great Cook or Baker will tell you that a great recipe is the easiest way to really enjoy working in the kitchen. But, how do you get really great recipes? I wondered that myself, until Holly and I were trying to plan our first Valentines Day. We had decided to stay in and cook. In order to do that we needed some recipes worth staying in for.

Our Menu:
French Market Squash

Bourbon Steak

Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Molton Chocolate Cakes with Irish Cream

Food.com is the website that I go to whenever I need inspiration for dinner and it is where I have gotten some of the best items on our menu. When you are hungry this Christmas and when you get tired of that same old spiral-cut ham, you have a place to go to for new and fun recipes.
