McCormick Faculty and Staff Appreciation Week

This is the time of year where we set a week aside to be thankful for McCormick staff & faculty.  

We invite you to join the Student Session in praying for and appreciating our faculty and staff as part of the McCormick Faculty and Staff Appreciation Week (March 19-23, 2012).  

This week, we'll be appreciating our faculty and staff in the following ways:

Prayer

Every morning at 9am all students are invited to join the members of session in saying a prayer for our staff and faculty.  Session will be inviting prayer requests from staff and faculty and a member of session will e-mail everyone with a prayer and the prayer requests.  You can pray wherever you are!  Whether it's a quick prayer during class or a prayer as you eat your breakfast or walk to school.  The idea is that our staff and faculty know that at 9am every day this week they will be showered with love and prayers from the student body.  

Hospitality

On Monday and Thursday, we'll be offering hospitality (snacks and drinks) for all faculty and staff. If you would like to bring something to share, please email the Student Session at session@go.mccormick.edu.

Wall of Gratitude

Outside of the Common Room, we have a wall where students can write words of gratitude for McCormick's faculty and staff. Please fill out a star with a reason your thankful for McCormick's professors, administrators, and staff. On the table, there is also a place to write and submit prayers of gratitude, to be shared with the McCormick community.

Thanks for considering joining with us in this week of appreciation and prayer.  And of course, feel free to find your own way to reach out and say thanks to our amazing staff and faculty members!
