Gentle Reminders from McCormick

Office Protocol Reminder to Students
As we continue to live in close quarters, please be reminded of the Seminary’s Office Protocol.

The majority of McCormick’s administrative offices are on the second floor of the building. All students (including student employees with keycard access to the second floor’s east and west doors) wishing to meet with someone on the second floor of the building are expected to check in with the Second Floor Receptionist. S/he will contact the staff person to make sure s/he is in her/his office or workspace. If your party is available, the receptionist will let you know if you may go to the person’s office or if you should wait for your party to meet you in the waiting area. If your party is not available, feel free to wait until they return, leave a message or come back at a later time.

Note: Access to the second floor’s east and west doors is granted to assist student employees in their work for the Seminary and should only be used while the student employee is working. Otherwise, office protocol must be followed.

Senior Student Profiles:

It is not too late! Pastors and search committees continue to ask who among your class is seeking a call. If you are interested in having your information featured on McCormick’s website, complete a Senior Profile form and email it to arhine@go.mccormick.edu. Be sure to follow the format provided, answer each section that applies to you and include the 600-700 word introductory statement at the end. Finally, please remember that posting your profile to the website is an easy and effective way for those in churches and agencies to get information about those of you who will be seeking calls once you graduate.
